A Note to Parents: Christmas Party


Christmas is approaching fast and before you know it, it will soon be time to celebrate together. For this reason this year we will be holding a party on Tuesday 22nd December. Ms. Aquilina - Ryan's mum - has kindly volunteered to help in the preparation and organisation for this party. She has asked me to share the following with you so that you are aware how the funds collected will be distributed:

Items for Party:

* 32 sandwiches (cheese or ham)
* 32 tuna rolls
* 32 cheese cakes
* 32 meat pies
* 32 sausage rolls
* 32 pizza
* 32 potato smileys
* 32 fancy cakes assorted

* These were booked from Neriku Catering at Eur1.40 per person for a total of Eur44.80

Eur 2.16 : 8 x 2l bottles water
Eur 1.44 : 8 orange flavour sachets
Eur 2.57 : 30 plates / 50 plastic glasses
Eur 2.00 : 2 large snack packets
Eur 2.00 : 2 bags marshmallows
Eur 0.40 : popcorn
Eur 1.36 : 2 tins sausapes (cocktail)
